BRING THIS TO YOUR COMMUNITY
Why Payne & Glory Exists

Because Pain Doesn't Disappear When We Walk Into Church.

Mental health struggles don't disappear in the pews.

Faith and prayer are essential, yet individuals still navigate depression, anxiety, grief, and mental distress requiring compassionate care, clinical resources, and informed ministry.

Trauma doesn't disappear when someone becomes a leader.

Pastors, intercessors, and ministry leaders often serve while wounded—pouring out for everyone else without a safe, confidential space for their own restoration.

Domestic violence doesn't stop at the church door.

Faith communities need the courage, discernment, and trauma-informed training to recognize abuse, protect survivors, and break the silence with action.

Those called to serve others still need safe places to heal.

Healing and leadership are not mutually exclusive. When leaders are restored, families, ministries, and whole communities thrive.

PAYNE & Glory, Inc. exists in that space.

For more than 20 years, we have worked at the intersection of faith, mental wellness, trauma awareness, advocacy, and community impact—helping individuals and organizations have conversations that are often difficult, but necessary.

We don't simply want people to survive painful experiences. We want people, leaders, and communities to become healthier because the right conversations, resources, and support were available when they needed them.

Building Tomorrow Together

That is the future PAYNE & Glory, Inc. is working to build every single day.

"That is the future PAYNE & Glory, Inc. is working to build."

Rooted In Service Since 2005

More Than 20 Years of Purpose. And We're Still Building.

Founded in 2005, PAYNE & Glory, Inc. began with a commitment to empower, educate, and advocate. That commitment has grown into a broader movement addressing mental wellness, trauma, domestic violence, ministry leadership, and community healing.

In 2014, Pain in the Pews: Mental Health and Ministry™ expanded that mission by intentionally building a bridge between faith and mental-health communities.

Today, we are continuing to build that bridge—one conversation, one leader, one family, and one community at a time.
