A Calling Rooted in Purpose & Healing
For more than two decades, Chelsealya Payne has championed conversations around purpose, healing, mental wellness, domestic violence awareness, and faith. Using lived experience, ministry leadership, and compassionate advocacy, she creates spaces where people can heal without shame.
In 2014, she launched Pain in the Pews: Mental Health and Ministry™ to address the unspoken realities within religious spaces. Over the years, her work expanded to include Pain in the Pulpit™ and the H.E.A.L. Leadership Hub™, ensuring servant leaders receive the restorative care they need.
"Turn pain into purpose. Turn faith into action. And leave communities healthier than we found them."
A Clear, Sustainable Future
Supported by our governing board, mission partners, and community advocates, PAYNE & Glory, Inc. remains steadfast in building long-term infrastructure for faith-informed wellness.
Affiliated Coaching & Training
